My dear friends...my view about rti to villagers is ...in India ,the great diversified country,,we have the people who don't know about their position.normally, they are somehow feared to face the administratives..and liberal. My observation in my own mandal headquarters is one person come for his son's nativity certificate..he just forced to give 10rs to the attender who just take the app'n and give it to MRO.They, just motivated towards giving bribe to get the things done in urgency.
ReplyDeleteAlso...I observed that householders of sc and st in 'harijawadas'(this is the normal name to represent the houses of sc and st )are just escaping from the power charges without installing power meters.I don't know whether there is any reservation to them for not to install power meters..and the cause I found for not installing and not paying the current charges from them is simply "officers are belonged to their caste"so, they are continue to escape.....
Sorry...I has deviated from rti..but in my think they have to motivate towards their position, rights firstly.
